An open question...

The media are telling us that Hillary is the underdog theses days and...anyone with half a brain should realize her last name is Clinton.

Regardless...she needs to do something to get the spotlight. So I wonder, what would happen if she took an absolutely unprecedented stand and named a running mate right now?

Your thoughts?

Choosing a running mate early could save her or ruin her chances altogether. It depends on who she chooses.
If she were to convince Al Gore or even Bill, she would probably gain a lot of support. But I doubt either of those would want the job. Who would?

Bill can't do it by law.

The only way someone can go over the 8 years is if a new VP is brought in after 2 years of a 4 year term...he/she may run for another 2 terms. If the VP was brought in before the president's 2nd year, they'd be limited to only a single term.
